Step 3: Identify your goals and establish a plan to reach these goals in 2020
Step4: Implement the finalized plan!

Stephanie is a highly credentialed fitness expert and has over 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She is a health and lifestyle expert and has helped thousands of people transform their bodies and lives with her help and fitness programs.  She graduated with a B.S. in Business and a minor in Marketing from Kansas. She is the former CEO and owner of Power Performance where she trained everyone from professional athletes, business executives, and high school kids to men and women who simply wanted to feel better and get healthy.  She specialized in sports conditioning and functional training for performance and life.
Andy has more than 25 years of experience as a top performing sales professional and leader in both start up and Fortune 100 companies.  He has owned and operated his own businesses and brings a wealth of knowledge to all arenas. He has been in the top 2% in results in every position he has held.  As a former Regional Director of Sales, he brings a fresh perspective to business events and knows what it takes to elevate engagement, unleash human potential and compete to win in the new world of work.  ​
