She is a health and lifestyle expert and has helped thousands of people transform their bodies and lives with her help and fitness programs. She graduated with a B.S. in Business and a minor in Marketing from Kansas. She is the former CEO and owner of Power Performance where she trained everyone from professional athletes, business executives, and high school kids to men and women who simply wanted to feel better and get healthy. She specialized in sports conditioning and functional training for performance and life.

He has owned and operated his own businesses and brings a wealth of knowledge to all arenas. He has been in the top 2% in results in every position he has held. As a former Regional Director of Sales, he brings a fresh perspective to business events and knows what it takes to elevate engagement, unleash human potential and compete to win in the new world of work.
